This week's Good Facility is a low-traffic street in the centre of the Dutch city of Assen.
Motor traffic is allowed to use this street, but only for a few hours of the day, and explicilty only to make deliveries. The road is one-way for motor traffic.
The rest of the time the street is cycling and walking only. There is a distinct 'road' area, marked by tactile paving, and zebra crossings, to give pedestrians priority over cycle (and motor) traffic.
