This week's Good Facility speaks for itself - a simple cycleway along a major road in Amsterdam.
The surface is smooth tarmac; the track is wide enough to allow easy overtaking; and perhaps most importantly of all the edges of the track are designed properly. The minimal height difference between cycleway and footway not only means that the full width of the cycleway is available to anyone cycling, but also that the cycleway can be crossed easily by anyone on foot, or using a mobility aid.
This week's example also includes a floating bus stop.
