This week's Good Facility is a network of bi-directional cycleways in the city centre of Arnhem in Gelderland, in the Netherlands.
These paths offer direct routes across a large square and park - routes not available to motor traffic. As with standard Dutch design, these paths are effectively designed like small roads, with clear separation and visual distinction from pedestrianised areas.

Arnhem not Assen
That should be in Arnhem (in the province of Gelderland) not Assen.
