Turbo roundabouts are not places anyone should be cycling. They are designed to carry large amounts of motor traffic, efficiently. Cycling should be completely separated from these kinds of environments.
This is the case with this turbo roundabout outside the Dutch city of Gouda. A bi-directional cycleway bypasses the roundabout altogether, meaning anyone cycling does not interact with traffic on the roundabout.
There is a crossing on one arm of the roundabout, but it involves only crossing one lane at a time, at some distance from the roundabout itself.
